Requirements
Builder Members need to submit their client information on the spreadsheeted (found in the
online submission portal) for all closings that occurred within the qualifying period. The closing
sheets are forwarded to the third-party service provider who will then conduct the surveys.
Builders are asked to prepare their clients to anticipate receiving a call to conduct the survey and
forward on to them the Survey Awareness documents. Builders must receive a minimum 40%
participation rate from their clients to be eligible for scoring. The highest satisfaction score
from all participating builders who meet the minimum client participation threshold will receive
the Customer Choice Award in their respective builder ember category (small, medium, large,
multi-family). This Award category is only open to builder members who sell homes. Rentals and
rent-to-own properties are not eligible.
