Requirements
To be eligible for this award a member company MUST submit for the following awards and
currently hold the Certified Professional Renovator designation:
• Community Impact *NEW*
• Environmental Stewardship
• Safety Stewardship
• A minimum of one (1) Marketing Award submission
• A minimum of two (2) Renovation Award submissions
Companies who meet the eligibility criteria are automatically entered into the competition for
Certified Professional Renovator of the Year. Companies do not need to win the categories
submitted in, the scores from all eligible submissions will be calculated regardless of ranking.
