Requirements
To be eligible for this award Certified Professional Home Builders MUST submit for the
following awards:
• Community Impact Award
• Environmental Leadership in Housing
• Safety Leadership in Housing
• A minimum of two (2) Marketing Award submissions
• A minimum of three (3) submissions in any of the New Home (Custom or Production) or
Multi Family Housing Awards categories.
Companies who meet the eligibility criteria are automatically entered into the competition for
Certified Professional Home Builder of the Year. Companies do not need to win the categories
submitted in, the scores from all eligible submissions will be calculated regardless of ranking.
