52 - Ambassador of the Year
Description
The Ambassador of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual who demonstrates high levels of commitment and measurable difference within the community, to the Association, and the homebuilding industry as a whole. Nominations will be accepted from any member in good standing during the submission period. Current SRHBA or CHBA Board Members and current or past SRHBA staff are not eligible for nomination. Past SRHBA and CHBA Board Members are eligible. Nominees must be employed by or owner(s) of (minimum 25% shareholder) any member company in good standing at the time of submission.
53 - Parade of Homes Top Performer
Description
The Parade of Homes Top Performer Award recognizes a Certified Professional Home Builder who participated in the current award year Parade of Homes and built innovative show homes as a marketing tool. The winner of this award is determined by the total number of votes received by consumers from the online survey conducted during the Parade of Homes in the current award year.
54 - Professional or Service Member of the Year
Description
To be eligible for this award, Professional or Service Members MUST submit in the following categories: • Environmental Stewardship OR Safety Stewardship (one submission in either) • Community Impact • A minimum of two (2) Marketing Award submissions Companies who meet the eligibility criteria are automatically entered into the competition for Professional or Service Member of the Year. Companies do not need to win the categories submitted in, the scores from all eligible submissions will be calculated regardless of ranking.

• A minimum of two (2) Renovation Award submissions
